If the agency counselor is unable to find a solution with the lender and the only option left is for the homeowner to sell the home to prevent a foreclosure on their credit record the homeowner can be confident Steve and Shari are the best team of choice to help sell their home. If the homeowner ends up in a short sale situation they have an experienced team of negotiators available to work on obtaining the approval needed from the lender.
